The newest member of our team, Ann Kiefer, has a lifetime’s experience of finding the perfect house to turn into a home. With a father in the oil business, Ann spent her childhood bouncing around Asia following her heart which she learned is really where your home is. Finally settling in Louisiana, Ann raised a family in New Orleans and spent 18 years selling real estate, renovating Creole cottages and discovering a city so rich in authenticity and culture. What she also discovered just down the road were the unspoiled beaches of the Emerald Coast. Escaping East as often as she could, she vowed to one day return for good.

In 2001, with her husband and youngest, Ann left one Big Easy for a “very different” one and didn’t look back. Mixing in her Asian-Cajun heritage, Ann is constantly inspired by this growing community and its fresh spins on “the beach cottage”. Her biggest thrill (beyond finding you the perfect home, of course) is entertaining family and friends at her home in Santa Rosa Ridge with her husband JB.
