Betty has been a full time resident of South Walton County for 17 years. Previously, Betty was a realtor with Harry Norman Realtors in the Sandy Springs area of Atlanta, Georgia.

Before joining Grayton Coast Properties, Betty was a top producer for 30A Realty. There she was “#1 Agent of the Year” and won awards for highest sales producer in residential, commercial and investment properties. Her most challenging successful sale was a restaurant and property to a developer along 30-A. Selling commercial property is different than residential and requires the realtor to understand the nature of the investment to make the sale a success for all.

Betty and her husband Joe were early investors in Seaside back in 1987 when there were less than 35 homes and dunes of wild oaks growing in town! Living in Seaside as one of 6 full-time homeowners from 1991-1994 was a unique experience. It led to her ever growing appreciation for the natural beauty of the area as a full time resident. Betty and her husband have also built homes on the Gulf and Eastern Lake where they currently reside.

An active member of the community, Betty has served as Treasurer of the Cultural Arts Association, Vice President of her Homeowners Association and Secretary of the South Walton Garden Club.  She also finds time to volunteer at Sacred Heart Hospital. Betty and Joe are members of the Santa Rosa Beach and Golf Club.
