Catherine is a 4^th generation “Grayton Girl”. She grew up in Grayton Beach while attending elementary school through high school here in South Walton. After competing competitively in gymnastics, Cat tried pole vaulting in high school and was hooked! She was a member of Auburn University’s track team for 2 years then transferred to Arkansas State to train with one of the best coaches in the country.

While at Arkansas State, Cat received her Bachelor’s degree in marketing as well as her Master’s degree in business administration. Moving back to the beach after graduation was a no brainer for Catherine. She grew up around the real estate business. Grandfather, Jim Taylor, owned Rivard of South Walton and mother, Kitty Taylor, owns Grayton Coast Properties. Catherine obtained her real estate license in July 2011. She plans to use her knowledge of our beautiful area and her business education to help others make savvy decisions about buying investment and 2^nd home properties here at the beach. Catherine is buying her first home and looks forward to helping first home buyers as well.

Catherine likes to stay busy. When she’s not working, she’s usually on a Yolo board, training at the cross-fit gym or wakeboarding with Uncle Cole on Western Lake.
