Cinda is a true local – a Florida native born in DeFuniak Springs, here in Walton County. A licensed broker since 1994 and graduate of the Realtors’ Institute (GRI), she has been a consistent multi-million dollar producer year after year.

She is a graduate of Auburn University, Auburn, Alabama, and earned a Masters Degree in Los Angeles at the University of Southern California. Cinda has an extensive background in logistics, management, and organizational development from her university experiences, as both student and instructor, as well as work with the Department of Defense, a consulting firm, and in real estate. She moved back to Blue Mountain Beach after having lived and worked in Germany, Washington D.C., California, New Jersey, and Philadelphia, and knows that she is now home – at the beach.

The extensive traveling Cinda has done has helped her appreciate our beautiful area and the uniqueness of Walton County. Having grown up on a farm in the north part of Walton County, with family still there, and having spent summers and vacations on the Beaches of South Walton, Cinda knows the area.
