An involved investor and Realtor, Cole builds and maintains many rental properties in Grayton Beach and along Scenic 30-A. His first hand experience with architects, contractors and rental management is a wealth of knowledge for our clients.

After graduating from the University of Alabama with a business degree, Cole has since worked in the lighting field in Atlanta, Georgia. His experience as CEO of Taylor and Jordan, a lighting manufacturing representative for the Hubbell Group, has brought Cole into contact with many customers and clients throughout the Southeastern United States.

Cole’s wife Janet and their two daughters Jessie and Colby live in Watercolor, while Cole commutes from Atlanta on weekends. He is an avid pilot and flies to the beach in his Mooney. Jessie attends South Walton High School and is excelling at Cross Country and soccer. Colby is in middle school at the Seaside Neighborhood School and enjoys tennis and riding her bike to school.

Cole and his sister Kitty spent every summer in Grayton Beach at the “Cole Bin”, their grandmother’s cottage at “the Coast”. Every weekend afternoon finds Cole and his buddies wakeboarding and pulling the children on inner tubes on Western Lake in Grayton Beach. So if you are in Grayton on Friday afternoon, make your way to the lake for a view of his infamous ski boat—it’s duck taped together but has a great stereo!

Cole’s investment advice has proved invaluable to the Grayton Coast Team. His experience in the local real estate investment market as well as his extensive knowledge of the Watercolor Community and Grayton Beach are an asset in helping our clients reach their goals.
