Kitty began her real estate career after moving to Grayton Beach in 1992 from Houston, Texas. While in Houston, she managed the Space Planning/Interior Design department of a commercial architectural firm. While growing up, Kitty spent her summers in Grayton Beach. She brings a wonderful perspective on the ever changing face of South Walton.

Before forming Grayton Coast Properties in 2005, Kitty served as Broker/Sales Manager for Rivard Realty for 10 years. Kitty was part of the top sales team in 2004, with over 24 million in sales.

Kitty’s Brokerage management and marketing experience as well as her interior design experience are invaluable assets. She also holds a Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation and is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). CRS is the highest designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field and recognizes professional accomplishments in both experience and education. Kitty has her Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) and her Resort Second Home Property Specialist (RSPS) designations. She also holds the Loss Mitigation Certification (LMC) and Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR).

Kitty is involved with the Emerald Coast Association of Realtors. She served as a Director for three years and in 2010 was awarded South Walton's Realtor of the Year. She is currently serving as Chair of the Global Real Estate and Business Council. Kitty is a member of the Women's Council of Realtors. She also serves on state committees with Florida Realtors - Global Business Council and the Resort & Second Home Property Specialist Forum.

You’ll find Kitty and her husband, Alan Riehl, most weekends, aboard their boat “Grayton Girl” exploring Choctawhatchee Bay and the area bayous. They are empty nesters (except for 2 pugs). Son Taylor and daughter-in-law Martamaria currently live in Houston, TX where Taylor attends law school. Daughter Catherine has earned her MBA from Arkansas State University. She passed her Florida Real Estate exam and has joined Grayton Coast Properties.

Kitty is very active in the community and has served on many local boards, including the South Walton Rotary Club and Seaside Neighborhood School.

Kitty’s knowledge of the area, her family’s history in Grayton Beach and her close personal relationships are what sets her apart.
