Kitty began her real estate career after moving to Grayton Beach in 1992 from Houston, Texas. While in Houston, she managed the Space Planning/Interior Design department of a commercial architectural firm. While growing up, Kitty spent her summers in Grayton Beach. She brings a wonderful perspective on the ever changing face of South Walton.

Before forming Grayton Coast Properties in 2005, Kitty served as Broker/Sales Manager for Rivard Realty for 10 years. Kitty was part of the top sales team in 2004, with over 24 million in sales.

Kitty’s Brokerage management and marketing experience as well as her interior design experience are invaluable assets. She also holds a Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation and is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). CRS is the highest designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field and recognizes professional accomplishments in both experience and education. Kitty is very involved with the Emerald Coast Association of Realtors and is currently serving as Director representing South Walton on the Board.  She is also co-chair of the International Council.  Kitty is an active member of the Women's Council of Realtors and serves on the WCR, State International Committee.

You’ll find Kitty and her husband, Alan Riehl, most weekends, aboard their boat “Grayton Girl” exploring Choctawhatchee Bay and the area bayous. They are empty nesters (except for 2 pugs). Son Taylor lives in Austin, Texas and daughter, Catherine is a pole vaulter  on the track team at Arkansas State University.

Kitty is very active in the community and has served on many local boards, including the South Walton Rotary Club and Seaside Neighborhood School.

Kitty’s knowledge of the area, her family’s history in Grayton Beach and her close personal relationships are what sets her apart.
